Spring Market
The sun is shining, weather is warming up and our Spring real estate market is finally… finally… where is our typical Spring market? March sales in Greater Vancouver were the second lowest total for the month in 10 years! April was apparently worse? We are transitioning into a buyers market at an unusual time of the year. Spring is traditionally our very busy time but this year is very very different. When you have this change in tide, there is usually a gap when not much happens. If this stall in the market holds for a extended period of time lisitings increase which equals excessive inventory on the market and minimal sales = a buyers market.
