Whistler bus trip to Vancouver Airport

After very pleasant pre Xmas days of skiing in Whistler BC I am off down under to New Zealand. Christmas in the snow complete with horse drawn sleigh rides & carol singing to swimming on New Years day. Almost feels like I am planning a schizophrenic holiday.
This blog I will talk about how to navigate from the mountain to the airport. I decided since snow was a very strong possibility that I would catch the bus down. I successfully booked on line with Perimeter Coach Lines the 2:00 bus which was to pick me up @ my hotel The Sundial. At 2:10 I became nervous as no sign of any shuttle or The Perimiter. Good thing I did!  Perimiter had been taken over by Pacific Coach so we had new branding on the bus & the bus driver did not come into the hotel as I was told to pick me up!!!!! The new company was quick on the pedal & sent a shuttle over to pick me up & popped me off at the bus awaiting @ Whistler's Creekside. After this hick-up the drive down went very smoothly through a snow storm & to the airport in 2.5 hours. We sailed through a accident on the Lions Gate bridge as the bus has its own lane. I scored myself a 9 for this leg of the trip!
