Indian Arm summer parties
Boating & Partying with friends on The Indian Arm is what makes summertime in Vancouver so special. In August Peter and Kim had a 2 day weekend party and I was lucky enough to be invited over for the bbq and a few drinks at their cabin at Coldwell Bay. It was lots of fun especially when Pete showed off his newest fitness toys. These ropes in varying lengths are thrown from 1 hand to the other with a rythmic swinging action. I did try and it took a bit to get into "the swing". I found it was quite fun. Once the small rope was mastered I tried the next length but it does get more challenging with the length & weight of the rope so decided to stay with the short rope. Pete has his own fitness studio & is constantly reworking the toys to make the gym time put a smile on ones face & tone to the muscles.
