Crankworx Whistler 2009
This weekend i am up @ WHistler for this amazing bike event This is the ultimate for super trixter mountain bikers. Events from down hilling through jumps, teeter totters & boulders. It is amazing what these athletes can do on their bikes! The last month the bottom part of the ski hill has been transformed to a maze of jumps AND can these guys & gals jump & twirl YES flip & twirl in the air!!! AS well today we watched a group of competitors make their way through huge boulders. Hopping on their back wheel over 1-2-3 boulders then hopping along up & over a very steep gulley without loosing their balance. Points here are on time & not touching the ground with one's foot This was amazing. Here it is on camera. The amount of people up is huge. Last night I could hardly weave my way through the crowds in the village. I can see why such interest....... this is so fun to watch!!!!
