Waterfront properties
I have a passion for being on the water. Swiming in it, kayaking, sailing or power boating on it. As long as I am near the water I am very happy. I have been fortunate enough to marry my love of the ocean with my job. I sell lots of recreational properties. The Indian Arm is one area that I have been showing to quite a few purchasers lately. Unlike the in town real estate this market is red hot. It is of interest to me that there are so many purchasers now coming from Alberta. This last week I took 5 groups up The Indian Arm & 3 of these groups were from Alberta. This is new for this area. In the past most of the buyers were coming from the Lower Mainland wanting a fun easy access recreational cabin/house to use for weekends & summer vacations. No matter who I take up to show this wilderness area everyone is impressed with the take your breath away scenery as I am every time I go up. This is such a special place & soooooo close to down town Vancouver!!!!! I can see why it is in such demand.
