I had a client interested in purchasing a 2 bedroom apartment in a New
Westminster neighborhood. The criteria was that the apartment had to have a view of
the water AND have some outdoor space. We had but 2 to choose from in the under
$300 price mark. We ended up submitting a offer on Clarkson AND were in
competition. Our offer was the successful bid at $10,000 over the asking price!! ...
