I LOVE this Whistler weekend which happens to fall on my birthday. This year I did the wine tasting Friday afternoon. I just listed a cute little house on Knight Street. It was interesting that although it was a long weekend, we had lots of interest AND multiple offers. This 2 bedroom, 58 year old bungalow SOLD just under the asking price of $475,000. Just goes to show that anything under $500,000 in liveable condition in Vancouver is in high demand!!
