What goes up yes eventually comes down. This week I was working wth a family looking to buy a new to them town home on the upper end of the "new " scale. In their $400,000. price zone in Port Coquitlam there were 42 yes FOURTY TWO places to choose from. There was everything from foreclosures to estate sales to look at so properties that were a must sell not home owners testing the market. I noticed that prices were down 10% from price scores 2 years ago so this family was able to really maximize their buying power & purchase a beautiful better than new town home with high end finishing & lots of upgrades.
