BOLD Weekend workshops

I attended a great workshop this weekend. One of the venues was a computer class with Mary Bryson. What a treat to have this level of talent. Mary is a professor @ the  University of BC. These lots on Indian Arm at Coldwell Beach have sold with the price nosing just over $200,00 for the 2 water front lots. Over a year on the market & a few price reductions succeeded in a sale. These sellers were fortunate indeed as this recreational sector of our Greater Vancouver Real Estate market is sluggish
