I just attended a building inspection in Citadel Heights.
Ray Toscani with House Master [www.housemaster.com] was chosen to do the inspection.
I found Ray to be very professional. He is a licensed inspector with NIBBI (national institute of building inspectors) which states that he is qualified to do the job. This is certification that is under discussion in BC to make all home inspectors licensed.
This inspection took 3 hours on this 19 year old house. We did not have to wait for the report - it was available immediately.
Ray was professional, personable and gave helpful insight into the mechanics of this home.
