viewings before decisions

It is interesting how many times a prospective purchase needs to see Her/His house/apartment before they can decide if they want to submit a offer. Statistics will say a prospective purchaser will view the property 12 times before they commit to putting a formal offer forward. Those 12 viewings could be driving by or walking around the house or of course going inside. At my open house on a East Vancouver home on Dundas I had a couple come through for a 3rd time in 3 weeks. They are taking their time. It must be so much less stressful to be able to view & then think about the home to see if it is the best option rather than the 2 hour open house frenzy with multiple offers following. The market has changed & that is good for purchasers who can take a little more time in making a very big decision.
