Recreational Properties
I seem to have developed a niche for recreational properties in the Vancouver area. I have knit my passions into my work world. My love of water and kayaking have helped me explore all that Indian Arm has to offer.
Often in the summer I head off to visit the seals or otters playing on the shore. Since kayaks have no noise factor I can quietly paddle up to these animals and enjoy their antics. Sechelt also is a favourite paddle spot. As well as these 2 spots, I also ski and mountain bike up at Whistler. My outdoor hobbies allow me to explore what these communities offer. I now do a lot of recreational property sales.
It is of interest that buyers often start looking for their new to them cabin/cottage however sellers do not think of listing their properties til summer. These sellers are missing a golden opportunity to market their pptys by waiting till the sun shines.
